Free Shipping on orders of $50.00 (US) or more apply only within the Continental United States. Orders less than $50.00 (US) will be charged a $9.00 fee when shipped within the Continental United States.

We will happily ship internationally to meet your needs, but due to the additional shipping costs we are unable to provide the same shipping services as within the Continental United States. All Other Shipping Destinations Will Be Charged The Actual Shipping Cost Which Will Be Calculated And Added To Order.

All PetSafe products come with a Lifetime Warranty on parts, and a one (1) year warranty on labor. After one year, there will be a labor charge for repair.

To receive refund, product must be returned in the original packaging. Defective or broken products will be replaced free of charge, as long as defect or break is not caused by misuse or improper use of the product.

Return postage is paid by the customer for refunds, replacements, or repairs.
